Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Secure Your Shipment
Place the wallet in its original gift box and protective dust bag, then seal it in a secure mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our workshop inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
